Processed fresh and frozen poultry across the Western Cape, in refrigerated and freezer vehicles by carriers we've checked, with temperature photos at pickup and delivery.

We move processed product only. We don't move live birds.
How we handle cold loads
- You tell us the temperature your product needs. It goes on your booking and on the carrier's written load confirmation.
- The vehicle arrives clean and already cooled to that temperature.
- Every refrigerated vehicle we use has a working thermometer showing the cargo-area temperature.
- The driver photographs the temperature reading at pickup and at delivery, and we send you both photos.
One thing to plan for: product needs to be at the right temperature when it's loaded. A refrigerated truck is built to hold temperature, not to bring warm product down, so load straight from your cold room.
Vehicle checks for food loads
Under South Africa's food hygiene regulations (R638), a vehicle that carries food counts as a food premises, so it needs a Certificate of Acceptability. We check the vehicle's certificate before a carrier's first food load, along with our standard insurance, vehicle and driver checks.

Common questions.
Do you move live chickens?
No. We move processed poultry products only, never live animals.
Can you arrange a recurring refrigerated route?
Yes. Tell us the route, days and volumes, and we'll plan carriers around the schedule.
What if the temperature isn't right at pickup?
The driver records the reading at pickup and we send you the photo. If the vehicle isn't at the booked temperature, the load shouldn't go, and we'll work with you and the carrier on the next step.
