Why poultry only
Poultry businesses move cargo that doesn't forgive mistakes. Chilled product has to stay cold, eggs break, and a farm can't run out of feed. A general transport broker treats all of that as "freight". We'd rather know one industry properly: which vehicle each load needs, what to check before it moves, and what the customer needs to hear along the way.

Because that's how it works. There's one person you deal with, from your first message to the delivery confirmation. You won't be passed between departments or waiting on a call centre.
A new business, with clear commitments
The Poultry Guy is new. Rather than claim a track record we don't have yet, here's exactly what you can expect on every load:
- A first reply within 1 hour, Monday to Saturday, 08:30–17:00
- Carriers checked against a specific document list before their first load
- One all-in price, with any possible extras shown before you book
- Updates at booking, pickup and delivery, with temperature photos for refrigerated loads
- An honest answer, straight away, when we can't find a suitable carrier
What we are, and what we aren't
We're a broker. We don't own trucks, and we don't have a depot. Carriers collect directly from your premises and deliver directly to your customer. Our job is choosing the right carrier and making sure the load goes the way it should.
