What we need from you.
Before your first load, we check:
- Business registration
- Vehicle registration and licence disc
- Operator card
- Professional Driving Permit (PrDP)
- Commercial vehicle insurance
- Goods-in-transit insurance
- Food loads: Certificate of Acceptability and thermometer
- Bank confirmation letter
On every load
- Arrive on time, with a clean vehicle suited to the load
- Chilled and frozen loads: pre-cool the vehicle, hold the booked temperature, and send a photo of the temperature reading at pickup and at delivery
- Send the vehicle registration, driver name and phone number within 30 minutes of accepting
- Check the load at pickup and note any problems on the documents
- Report delays and incidents immediately
- Don't pass the load on to another carrier
- Deal with the customer only through us
